A collaborative exhibition highlighting the history and current public health initiatives of the newly renamed School of Public Health.
- UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health: History of the creation of UNC's public health school, its deans, and developments through the past 60 years. Current highlights of how the School is making a difference in North Carolina and around the world — and how its premier education, research and service will address the public health challenges of the 21st century.
- UNC HSL Special Collections: The display also features historical materials about the School that are part of the Health Sciences Library’s Special Collections, including selections from the papers of Dr. Daniel Okun, digitized public health documents and journals, and more.
River Run Design provided graphic design services, layout, and selection of the Okun water carrier figures used to enhance the exhibit.
